Wayside Inn auction set for April 30

The real estate firm Chartwell Group of Cleveland announced the auction date Wednesday on behalf of the owner, the Bernstein Family Foundation. According to the announcement, the inn at 7783 Main St. will be sold for a minimum price of $995,000. Bidding in the on-site auction will start at $535,000 at 1 p.m. April 30.
