Virginia man wants $1 million from car wreck
A Virginia man wants $1 million after he claims he was rear-ended by a pair of careless drivers in Berkeley County. Randall Frazier, of Clearkbrook, Va., filed a personal injury lawsuit in Berkeley Circuit Court against Justin Robert Wells, of Bunker Hill, W.Va., and Edward Ernie Davis, of Winchester, Va.
