VCU grad named CBS news correspondent

Barely a month after receiving his degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, Terrell Brown has been named a CBS news correspondent in its news-development program.

Jeff South, an associate professor in VCU’s School of Mass Communications, said Brown, who received his degree with honors, was one of the school’s top graduates in May.
