Tractor-trailer accident closes Dulles Greenway

Part of the Dulles Greenway was shut down July 2nd after a  tractor-trailer, which was carrying construction waste, jackknifed and then overturned. Officials say the tractor-trailer had to be unloaded of the construction waste before it could be uprighted and removed from the scene.
