Berryville reviews plans for affordable senior apartments

Winchester Star – Local developer Alton Echols Jr. again plans to offer his vision for senior apartments to town officials. Although some community leaders have said they see a need for senior housing in the town, Echols has been unsuccessful in several attempts to launch his projects.
