Middle School Teacher in South Riding Charged with Drunk in Public

A Loudoun County teacher was charged with drunk in public on Monday, November 14, 2011, by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

A member of the Loudoun Sheriff’s School Resource Officer Unit responded to J. Michael Lunsford Middle School in South Riding around 2:45 p.m. Monday afternoon after school personnel reported a teacher was believed to be under the influence of alcohol.

Radhakrishnan Sivaramapillai, 46, of Centreville, a physics teacher at the school, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with drunk in public.
