Suspect Charged In Foxcroft Colony Burglary Case

As the result of an investigation by the City of Fairfax Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, a 22 year old Washington, DC man has been charged in connection with a burglary which occurred on September 28. On that date, entry was made into locked bedrooms of a unit in the Foxcroft Colony condominiums in the 9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard and a laptop computer and television set were taken.

On November 16, Detective Edward Scully arrested Brian Avery King of 1907 18th Street, SE, and charged him with burglary (Section 18.2-91 of the Code of Virginia), grand larceny (Section 18.2-95) and committing larceny with intent to sell (Section 18.2-108.01). King was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
