Snipers Execution Time Set for 9:00 PM
The man convicted for murder during his beltway sniper killing spree is set to be executed by lethal injection tonight (November 10th) at 9:00PM Eastern time. John A. Muhammad has exhausted his appeals and short of a last minute commutation by Gov. Kaine, Muhammad will be executed in Richmond Virginia. Kaine has promised to review Muhammad’s request but has signaled that he is not inclined to intervene. “I know of nothing in this case now that would suggest that there is any credible claim of innocence or that there was anything procedurally wrong with the prosecution,” Kaine said several weeks ago during his monthly call-in radio show.
