School Board Directs Berlin to Find Additional Reductions in FY’12 Budget
At the school board’s work session on February 1, a number of issues, costs and possible cuts were discussed.
Subsequently, the School Board has directed Dr. Berlin to take another look at all line items and suggest some possible additional reductions for their consideration.
Dr. Berlin will address their request at the Tuesday, February 8 work session which begins at 6:00 p.m. and will conclude at 7:45 p.m.
The School Board will then convene its formal meeting at 8:00 p.m. that evening, starting with its third public hearing on the Superintendent’s Proposed Budget. Both the work session and School Board meeting will be held at City Hall Chambers.
