Rail is officially official

Fairfax Times – With a signing ceremony filled with nostalgia about how many decades area lawmakers have been working on the Dulles rail extension, the long-awaited project became a certainty Tuesday morning.The agreement signed March 10 provides $900 million in federal dollars to extend Metrorail with five stations in Tysons Corner and eastern Reston.
