Quebecor World to expand Va facility
Marketing and advertising company Quebecor World is planning to expand its Winchester Va facility, creating 30 jobs and allowing the company to retain 150 existing positions.
Gov. Tim Kaine says Quebecor World will invest $35.2 million in the project to add two new printing presses and increase production capability.
