Purcellville Police Report, January 27-29, 2010

Credit Card Fraud 01/27/2010   7:15 p.m.   37000 blk Perkins Ct.
Resident reported that he received a call that claimed to be from a credit card company and was requesting personnel information from him in an attempt to commit fraud. The resident gave no information and reported the matter to police.

DWI 01/27/2010    8:57 p.m.    300 blk McDaniel Dr.     Daniel Guevara, a 29 year old male from Purcellville, was arrested for DWI.

Counterfeiting 01/28/2010    7:00 p.m.    100 blk S. Maple Ave.  A business owner took in a counterfeit $20 bill at the business. The item was turned over to police and the matter is under investigation.

Trespassing 01/29/2010    7:30 a.m.    100 blk. N. 16th St.     David Johnson, a 24 year old male of no fixed address, was arrested for trespassing.

Weapons Violation 01/29/2010    11:45 p.m.    500 blk. E. Main St.   Jaruan Johnson, a 23 year old male from Purcellville, was arrested for weapons and narcotics possession. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and held.
