Parking Space “Snow Rage”

In a bizarre case of apparent “Snow Rage” the Loudoun County Sheriff responded to a destruction of property call. The victim stated that they parked in a parking space in the parking lot of an apartment complex. The victim received a call from their taxi cab company stating they had received a call asking the victim to move his car. The victim reported finding a rear tire on their taxi cab that was flat. The complainant who called the taxi cab company was contacted and confirmed he was upset that the taxi had been parked in a space that he shoveled the snow out of. The subject denied tampering with the vehicle. The victim declined to press charges.
