One Loudoun Puts Pavement In Place

Leesburg Today – While much of the news in Loudoun recently has been of potential budget cuts and economic worries, at least one small piece of the county is continuing to tell a positive story. It has been more than a year since the ground was broken on the One Loudoun mixed-use community at the intersection of Rt. 7 and Loudoun County Parkway, but already signs of the development promised to county leaders are beginning to show.
