Oatlands Names New Chairman
Leesburg Today – Oatlands Plantation Executive Director David Boyce announced today that Washington, DC, broadcaster Tina Gulland has been named chairman of the Board of Directors for 2009. In a statement, Boyce said he was delighted the Board of Directors had elected Gulland as board chair, adding the year will be both an exciting and a challenging time in Oatlands’ history
