Man rams trooper’s car, arrested after 2-state chase

FAIRFAX, Va. – A man who led police on a two-state chase that ended with the shut down of the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway is in custody, facing multiple charges.

The chase started Wednesday morning in Montgomery County after police tried to stop Andre Tyrone Washington for a routine traffic stop.
