Man charged in fuel spill on Greenway
Loudoun Times – Traffic on the Dulles Greenway was stopped for several hours Jan. 26 after a tanker truck driven by a Middletown man crashed and deposited about 7,500 gallons of diesel fuel on the road…The driver of the tanker truck, Richard Clem, 24, was charged with one count of reckless driving for the truck accident in Loudoun.
