Loudoun supervisors OK new uses for Dulles 28 Centre

Loudoun County supervisors on Tuesday approved Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Cos.’ plans to add office and hotel space to their Dulles 28 Centre project.

The massive mixed-use project sits on 300 acres at the intersection of Waxpool Road and Pacific Boulevard and currently hosts a 130,000-square-foot Wegmans, a 130,000-square-foot Target and a 151-room Marriott Residence Inn.
