Loudoun Sheriff Investigates Armed Robbery of Sterling Health Food Store
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported armed robbery of a Sterling, Virginia health food store.
Shortly after 4:30 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2010 a male of unknown race and a White female entered Healthway Natural Foods in the 46900 block of Cedar Lake Plaza. The female brandished a firearm and demanded cash. The male had his face covered with a bandana and the female was wearing what appeared to be a bright red wig. The male is further described as having a slim build and a beard. Both suspects were wearing all dark clothing.
The suspects fled the store with a small amount of cash. They were driving a silver SUV that is possibly a Nissan Armada.
