  • 12/07/09 1615 hrs-1700 hrs.    43740 block McCollough Ct. Ashburn
    Burglary: A resident stated they took a piece of jewelry off and left their residence. When they returned the piece of jewelry was missing. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence.
  • 12/20/09-12/21/09  1600 hrs- 1600 hrs.    43820 block Heatherstone Ter. Leesburg
    Destruction of Property: Unknown subject(s) damaged the lock to an apartment door.
  • 12/18/09 0001 hrs. 0900 hrs.    25300 block Pleasant Valley Rd. Chantilly
    Larceny: Unknown subject(s) entered a vehicle by damaging a passenger side window. Inside they removed an auto meter boost, a car stereo and amps. A second vehicle was entered and a car stereo and three auto gauges were taken.
  • 12/19/09-12/21/09  0000 hrs-0745 hrs.    Loudoun County
    Inclement Weather: The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office worked 44 weather-related crashes and responded to 219 disabled vehicles between midnight on Saturday, December 19, 2009 and 7:45 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2009.
  • 12/20/09 1544 hrs.    22990 block Minerva Dr. Ashburn
  • Pedestrian Struck: Am 8-year-old was sledding with other children when she went down a hill into the roadway and struck a slow moving vehicle. The child was taken to INOVA Loudoun Hospital for apparent non-life-threatening injuries. No charges are pending.
