Le Papillon Day Spa Closes

A year ago, Le Papillon Day Resort became a nationally recognized salon. Now, it sits dark, the front door locked, still no explanation from the owners as to why they closed up shop without telling their employees.

    We loved this place. We started off going to the wine tastings and soon made it a habit to have dinners there whenever we were in town. It will be missed.

    Yeah, it was a great place until we tried to schedule the last parts of a package I purchased for my wife and mother in law. I guess we are simply out that money? If anyone knows about any recourse, would you kindly send me an email?

    Hi Scott,
    I have a gift certificate that I think I’m out on, but am going to try to find a way to add it as debt they have to pay. You want to work together on trying to get reimbursed? Find others in our shoes too perhaps?

    For those that had purchase gift certificates for Le Papillon and would like to be reimbursed, have your persued any efforts yet? I’m in the same situation except this was a gift given to me by my husband.

    I am in the same situation. I purchased a gift card for my husband shotly before they closed. I had to scrimp and save to get the card for him as a suprise and then they closed their doors right after. If there is a way to get the money reimbursed I would like to be included. I think right now we have paid for a product but have not received the purchased product.

    I also purchased a gift card for my mother! She didnt use it and they are closed!! I would like to be reimbursed. Any new info?
