Kincora Hearing Draws Few Speakers, But Concerns Remain

What could be one of the biggest land use decisions of this Board of Supervisors’ term drew only a few speakers during its first public review at the Planning Commission public hearing last night.Seven of the 10 speakers present at the hearing spoke in favor of plans for the more than 330-acre Kincora development, which would be located near the intersection of Rt. 7 and Rt. 28, many of them citing specific aspects of the project as reasons for support.
