Homemade bombs found in city residence lead to arrest

Winchester Va — A Shenandoah County man has been charged with manufacturing explosive devices after city police recovered four homemade bombs from his former residence on Monmouth Street.

Christopher Allison, 24, of Toms Brook was arrested Friday and charged with manufacturing bombs.
