Fireworks Accident Injures Two At Apple Blossom in Winchester

Friday night at Handley High School faulty fireworks launched sideways hitting a crowd of people. A child was treated at the scene with minor injuries ans a woman was taken to the hospital with burns on her arm. Several other people claim they were hit by debris. It happened a second time during the finale of the show and fire officials were forced to end the display early. The incident is under investigation.
