Fire-damaged IHOP plans to reopen May 1

The International House of Pancakes restaurant on Front Royal Pike (U.S. 522) is expected to reopen two months after it was damaged by fire.schy said the business is scheduled to reopen May 1, after workers finish restoring the fire-damaged parts of the building.
