American Woodmark In Berryville Closes

American Woodmark will not release specific details regarding the Berryville location and as to how many people will be losing their job. The company will be paying employee severance and once that is complete American Woodmark expects to save $20 million/year by closing the facilities. Read full story tv3winchester.com.

Creighton Farms Sold to Southworth Development

Leesburg Today – Creighton Farms, the luxurious golf community along Rt. 15, northeast of Aldie, is under new ownership. Southworth Development purchased the 181-unit development Tuesday, March 23. A group that included Ritz Carlton previously owned the development and the golf course had been known as the Ritz Carlton Golf Club.
