Clemency Request for Men Who Robbed Bank in Boyce
The Parole Board of Virginia is asking Governor Kaine to grant clemency and release for time served to two men sentenced in a 1997 bank robbery in Clarke County.
Saifuddin Al-Khalili and Quincy Wilkins were found guilty of robbing the Boyce branch of the Bank of Clarke County and the two were sentenced to 20 and 23 years resrectively.
