Clarke leaders request update on business sites

While the Clarke County Economic Development Committee is divided about hiring a person to market industrial or commercial land, it does want to see what sort of inventory the county has “on the shelf.”

At its Wednesday meeting, the committee agreed to spend its June 24 session learning which land in the county is available and zoned for business use.
