City of Winchester Extends Interim Manager’s Term

At the regular Council meeting held Tuesday, January 10th, City Council voted to extend Interim City Manager, Craig Gerhart’s contract through April 2012, while the City continues its search for a permanent replacement.  City Council also voted to change search firms and hire Springsted, the same company that performed the searches that lead to Jim O’Connor’s hiring in 2009 and to Gerhart’s last August.
