Chesterfield Opens Third H1N1 Vaccination Site

On Tuesday, Dec. 15, the Chesterfield Health District, which serves the counties of Chesterfield and Powhatan and the city of Colonial Heights, will open a third satellite H1N1 vaccination site in Powhatan County. Individuals in high-risk groups are encouraged to take this opportunity to receive the H1N1 vaccination.
The Chesterfield Health District will continue to operate satellite H1N1 vaccination sites in Chesterfield County and the city of Colonial Heights. All of the satellite locations allow individuals access to H1N1 vaccine separate from other routine services offered at the health department locations.

Hours of operation and locations of the vaccination sites are:

Powhatan County Health Department — Satellite H1N1 Vaccination Site
2375 Skaggs Road, in the War Memorial Building
Tuesday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Chesterfield County Health Department — Satellite Vaccination Site:
10185 Hull Street Road
Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Colonial Heights Health Department — Satellite Vaccination Site:
20 Dunlop Village Circle
Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
