Berryville prepared to raise fees for plant upgrades

Winchester Star – Town residents could see an increase in sewer-user fees several years from now when the construction of the wastewater treatment plant is completed. The cost of the plant upgrade, including the construction of an approximately 4-mile pipe to carry treated wastewater to the Shenandoah River, is about $25 million, Town Manager Keith Dalton said.
