Babe Ruth World Series for 14 Year Old in Purcellville
The Town of Purcellville is proud to announce that they will be hosting the Babe Ruth World Series for 14 Year Olds beginning August 21, 2010 through August 28, 2010. Come and be part of history when, once again, the Town of Purcellville is listed in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York as having hosted the 2010 Babe Ruth World Series.
The Town of Purcellville is hosting a volunteer night on Wednesday, August 25th. This is a wonderful opportunity for neighbors, businesses and civic groups to participate in an event that will make the Babe Ruth World Series a success for these young athletes and their families who will be visiting from all over the United States. Remember, this is a great opportunity for your high school teenagers to get volunteer hours to add to their college resumes!
