Accident on VA-3E mile marker 31.8
On VA-3 East in the City of Fredericksburg, in the vicinity of the ramp to I-95, motorists can expect potential delays due to a vehicle accident.The vehicle is in the ditch to the right side of the exit ramp from VA-3 East onto I-95 North.
