Man Approaching Female Joggers Located

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has located a man who has been identified as the subject who has been approaching female joggers in Sterling, Virginia.
A Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputy conducting directed patrol located and identified the man while in the area of Whitewater Drive on Tuesday morning.
The subject is a 71-year-old man who is suffering from an ailment. There does not appear to be any criminal intent on the part of the subject and none of the female joggers wished to pursue charges in the case. The name of the man has not been released as there are no current charges pending.
The subject approached at least four adult female joggers in the last week and kissed them. The women described the man as appearing to be disoriented.
