Judging by the number of customers seen hauling away items of furniture, appliances and construction materials Saturday morning, the new Habitat for Humanity ReStore outlet got off to a very successful start. The new store is the latest in a chain of more than 600 nationwide and the 21st to open in Virginia, following the national home-building organization’s model of selling donated new or used household and construction items to provide seed money for its construction projects…
