Kids, grab your passport at the door and take a trip around the world!
Travel to Canada, Colombia, Ghana, Korea, China, India, Greece, Nepal, Japan and many more! You’re in for an amazing experience! Discover many different cultures without leaving your home town through interactive and creative country exhibits and live entertainment such as Native American dance, a Chinese Wushu demonstration, a lion dance, Irish music, Bollywood dancing, African drumming and so much more! Listen to international stories read by local celebrities and representatives from the different countries!
Represent Your Country
The City of Winchester is currently looking for local organizations, groups, individuals or families to create an educational booth about their country of origin or favorite country. Several countries from each continent are needed for the children’s trip around the world.
Entertain the Crowd
Entertainment is always an important part of any event! The City is also looking for groups representing different cultures to provide international-related entertainment.
Share Your Cuisine
Join the festival’s international food court! Take advantage of this opportunity to share your international cuisine with a large group of area families or raise money for your organization or special cause.
Become an Event Sponsor
NOTE: All net proceeds generated as a result of sponsorships will be donated to the Winchester Parks Foundation and all monetary donations are tax-deductible.
Festival Logo Design
The City of Winchester’s International Children’s Festival logo will be designed by a Handley High School student. The logo chosen from the group of submitted designs will be announced soon.
